How a boiler repair works
A proper diagnosis comes before recommending anything. A lot of boiler faults are misdiagnosed – either by engineers who don’t take the time to investigate properly, or by homeowners who’ve been told they need a new boiler when a repair would do the job.
You’ll be told what’s wrong, what’s causing it, what the repair involves and what it will cost. Then it’s your decision. No pressure, no upselling.

You’ll always get an honest assessment of both options, including the likely lifespan of the existing boiler if you do repair it. That way you can make an informed decision rather than just taking someone’s word for it.
