I don’t charge a call-out fee just to come and take a look. Before any work begins, I’ll give you a clear estimate – what the job involves, what it will cost, and why. No surprises on the invoice.
If the job turns out to be more complex once I’m there, I’ll talk you through it before proceeding. You’re always in control.
