Which boiler is right for your home?
Most properties in West London suit a combi boiler – compact, efficient, and no need for a separate hot water cylinder. But the right choice depends on your property size, the number of bathrooms and your hot water demand.
You’ll always get an honest recommendation based on what your home actually needs – not what earns the highest margin. If a system or heat-only boiler is a better fit, that’s what I’ll tell you.
Combi boilers
Compact, efficient, and no need for a separate hot water cylinder. The most popular choice for West London flats and smaller homes.
System boilers
Best for homes with multiple bathrooms and high hot water demand. A cylinder stores hot water, so several taps can run at once without losing pressure.
Heat-only boilers
A conventional setup that pairs with a cold water tank and hot water cylinder. Often the right fit for older properties with existing traditional systems.
